TrajoProperty management: the same stops, every week
A property manager makes twelve stops every Monday. Entering them one by one each week is the kind of chore people abandon after a month — and the logbook stops with it.
Recurring routes
You describe the route once: an ordered list of addresses and a rhythm — weekly, twice monthly or monthly. Trajo generates the occurrences ahead of time, up to six weeks out.
- Stops can be reordered, or optimised by the route planner.
- Each stop is marked done or skipped, and that stays on the record.
- The trip attaches to the whole occurrence, not to each stop: one CRA purpose for the round.
- Occurrences never opened are purged after six months.
This module is only on for property management and the generic profile. Other trades never see it.
Your words
The interface says round, building and owner. MLS, listings, open houses, the mortgage calculator and the buyer portal are off.
For a team
Management sees its managers' totals — kilometres, expenses, activity. It does not see each person's individual movements: an employee's logbook is their own tax evidence, and a dashboard is not a surveillance tool.
Seats are billed as used: a manager added mid-month is prorated, a manager removed stays billed until the end of the period already paid for.
A logbook for each person
Every team member produces their own CRA logbook, in their own language, as PDF or Excel. Management can produce them in bulk without ever changing their content.
