Trajo

Work on the road, without borrowed vocabulary

Trajo started in real estate, but deductible mileage is not specific to that trade. A technician, a sales rep, a consultant, a self-employed contractor: they all drive, and they all have to prove it.

A neutral profile: appointments and addresses, no vocabulary imposed.

The generic profile

Every real estate module is off: MLS, listings, saved searches, open houses, mortgage calculator, buyer portal, prospecting.

The interface says appointment, address and client. Nothing that assumes an industry.

Recurring routes stay available, because many mobile trades return to the same places.

The same engine for everyone

It is the same code under all six profiles. A profile changes three things only: which modules are visible, the wording, and the tax categories offered. Not the tracking, not the trips, not the expenses, not the CRA logbook, not the separation between organisations.

  • Automatic start and stop detection, iOS and Android.
  • Offline operation, with deferred upload.
  • Filtering of imprecise points, GPS jumps and drift while parked.
  • Overnight road matching of distances.
  • Personal or business classification, merge, split, add a forgotten trip.
  • Expenses with a photographed receipt and taxes split out.

If your trade is not on the list

That is exactly what this profile is for. And if a particular vocabulary is missing, write to us: the mechanism is built so that adding a trade takes a configuration file, never a second app to maintain.

What comes out at the end

Date, start, destination, distance, purpose. A CRA logbook as PDF or Excel, in your language, kept for seven years.
