Frequently asked questions
Will I see real estate agent screens?
No. The inspection profile turns on no real estate module. The interface says "inspection", "property" and "client", and the menus show only what serves your trade.
What happens when I have no signal?
Everything continues on the device: trips, photos, notes, expenses, odometer readings. Data leaves on its own when the signal returns, and the screen says what is still waiting to be sent.
Are the distances reliable?
Every trip is matched to the road network overnight. One that could not be matched is flagged as such in the logbook, with the direction of the error: an estimate is never presented as a measurement.
Can my firm see where I am?
Never. The firm sees no live position, no route, no address and no time of a drive: only monthly totals. And you keep a private mode, two taps away, during which nothing is recorded.
