Frequently asked questions
Will I see real estate agent screens?
No. The mortgage profile does not turn on the real estate modules. The interface says "meeting", "borrower" and "file", and the menus show only what serves your trade.
How does the maturity reminder work?
You note the term maturity on the borrower's record. One hundred and twenty days before, a renewal task appears in your follow-up, a single one per term, with no calendar to keep on the side.
Are the distances reliable?
Every trip is matched to the road network overnight. One that could not be matched is flagged as such in the logbook, with the direction of the error: an estimate is never presented as a measurement.
Can my firm see where I am?
Never. The firm sees no live position, no route, no address and no time of a drive: only monthly totals. And you keep a private mode, two taps away, during which nothing is recorded.
