Mileage, without thinking about it

The trip starts when the car moves and stops when it comes to rest. No button. Captured points are filtered on the phone (accuracy, impossible jumps, drift at rest) then corrected overnight on the real road network, for a distance faithful to the odometer.

Linked to showings and listings

This is what no generic mileage app can do: Trajo knows the agent's calendar. Arriving within 150 m of a listing fills in the business purpose in the format the CRA expects. A scheduled showing links the trip to the client. And if a showing took place without a recorded trip, Trajo detects it and proposes an estimated trip, clearly kept apart from a measured one.

The CRA report, ready

Date, destination, purpose, distance for each business trip; annual, business and personal totals; odometer readings; the year's per-kilometre rate. PDF and Excel export, in French or English, per agent and per period.

The client portal

The agent shares a selection of properties by link, with no account or password. The client reacts (yes, no, maybe), proposes showing slots, leaves comments, and receives a short feedback form after each showing. The agent sees what stands out.

Privacy, written into the software

The broker never sees an agent's live position or route. Only totals, after the fact. The agent has a private mode two taps away and a timestamped consent they can withdraw. Raw GPS points are deleted at most 120 days after capture.
