What if there is no signal on the site?
Everything continues on the device: trips, expenses, odometer readings, notes. Data leaves on its own when the signal returns, and the screen says what is still waiting to be sent.
Do my trips to the hardware store count?
Yes. A supplier is entered once as a place; from then on, every trip that ends there classifies itself with "Supplier" and its name as the purpose.
I switch vehicles during the day. What happens?
Each vehicle has its own record and odometer readings. A trip is tied to the right vehicle, and the annual logbook keeps each vehicle's kilometres apart.
Can my employer see where I am?
Never. The company sees no live position, no route, no address and no time of a drive: only monthly totals. And you keep a private mode, two taps away, during which nothing is recorded.
